Food in Mind is a course looking in greater detail at the relationship between eating and your health: 

Are you confused about food? 

Are messages about healthy eating leaving you unsure about what to eat and not eat?

The course is four sessions of 2 hours from 1.30 – 3.30pm over a period of four weeks.  From Thursday 22 October until Thursday 12 November 2020.

If you would like to better understand how to improve your health through eating well, in a way that is easy to understand and realistic for you, then please come along to our Food in Mind course.

You will learn more about
• The role different foods play in keeping our bodies and brains working well
• The relationship between physical activity and eating well when it comes to good health
• How to better understand food labels to make choosing healthy foods easier
• And discover some of the barriers to healthy eating in your life and explore realistic ways of addressing them

The facilitators are Jo Highet and Annette Murray
