Mindfulness and You (Kelso)

Do you replay events in your mind and find yourself stressed or anxious? Have you been caught up in patterns of negative thinking? Would you like to be calmer and more focused in day to day life? If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, then you might find mindfulness beneficial.


This nine week course offers sessions lasting two hours where you will explore the concept of mindfulness and have the opportunity to practice mindfulness in a group setting
