Mindfulness and You (Online)

This ten week course offers online sessions where you will explore the concept of mindfulness and have the opportunity to practice mindfulness online.

Do you replay events in your mind and find yourself stressed or anxious? Have you been caught up in patterns of negative thinking?  Would you like to be calmer and more focused in day to day life? If  the answer to any of these questions is "yes", then you might find mindfulness beneficial.

Please note: Sessions will last for 2 hours, but will include regular breaks and opportunities to move around to avoid Zoom fatigue. 

Guidance for joining us online will be given once your note of interest is registered.
