Mindfulness and You (Online)

Do you replay events in your mind and find yourself stressed or anxious?  Have you been caught up in patterns of negative thinking?  Would you like to be calmer and more focussed in day to day life?  If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’ then you might find mindfulness beneficial.

In this course you will explore the concept of mindfulness and have the opportunity to practice mindfulness in an online group setting

There are 10 sessions in total, 1 introduction, 8 sessions, and 1 review.  The introductory session is on Wednesday 27 January.  The first full session begins on Wednesday 10 February and the final session is on Wednesday 31 March.  There will be a review session to be agreed in May. Each session lasts for two hours from 10am – 12noon with regular breaks.

You will receive a certificate if you complete the course by attending all 9 sessions (excluding the introduction). This certificate also gives you a reduction in cost from the next level of mindfulness course via the Mindfulness Association’s website. 

The course is facilitated by Karen Lerpiniere, Kirsty Bremner and Jacquie Lamont.

It is delivered online via Zoom.
