Let’s talk about sleep - are you stressed about not sleeping?

Would you like to learn how to sleep more easily? 

Would it be helpful to find out how to develop a good sleep routine?

The course is one session of 2 hours on Tuesday 20 October 2020 from 1-3pm

The course explores why it is important we sleep, the impact of sleeplessness and some practical ways to address it.

This will be of interest to those who struggle to sleep, are interested in finding out about sleep issues to support someone they know/have a general interest in the subject. The course will consist of a short presentation and a response to questions posed by students.

Students will
• Gain a greater insight into sleep in general
• Learn about why we need sleep
• Explore why we struggle to sleep
• Take home some easy strategies to better equip us to deal with sleeplessness
