About Us

The Wellbeing College, run by Scottish Charity Health in Mind, offers learning opportunities for people aged sixteen and over who live in the Borders. You do not need to be referred or have a diagnosed mental health difficulty. If you are interested in joining with others to learn more about your mental health and wellbeing, develop coping skills and skills for your personal development, please contact us.

Our courses aim to support students to learn more about wellbeing, offer opportunities for self-reflection and provide space to consider new possibilities for the future. Our prospectus has been developed through consultation with local people and we will continue to listen to your ideas for courses as we grow.

Where we work

The Wellbeing College is based at the Hive in Galashiels. This provides a base for the staff team and houses our resource hub. We recognise the Borders as a large geographical area, so as well as delivering courses in the Hive we will pop up at venues across the Borders to bring courses to you.
